Services

You are an ecosystem within a larger ecosystem. Tending to your wellbeing improves the wellbeing of all associated systems: i.e. family, community, political, environmental... Through meditations, deep listening, pulling from my different self development trainings, and earth based traditions, I help hold space so people slow down and ground, align with their true self, and live with more ease and joy while addressing the challenges of this time.   

By inviting nature into the practice, people are able to slow down their nervous system and connect more easily with themselves and their surrounding environment. In nature, people start to become more aware that they are not alone and are part of something greater.

I offer transformational self awareness support through: 

individual sessions, group outings, and trainings online and in person.
